You may have some or all of these symptoms:
Some women with significant endometriosis have no symptoms.
Some women with mild endometriosis have many symptoms. |
Pain:
- pain before, during or after a period
- pain during or after intercourse, especially with deep penetration
- pain with a full bladder
- pain in the lower bowel during a period
Period Problems:
- heavy bleeding
- bleeding between periods
- irregular cycles
Bladder Problems:
- the need to pass urine more frequently

Bowel Problems:
- bleeding from the bowel, especially during a period
- pain in the lower bowel during a period
- constipation
- incomplete emptying of the bowel
Sexual Discomort
- pain during or after intercourse, especially with deep penetration
Infertility:
- delay in getting pregnant
Other Symptoms:
- lethargy
- irritability
- depression
